Name Badges

Participants who have completed their registration will receive their name badges from the registration, reservation, and information desks. For security reasons, it is mandatory to wear the badge throughout the congress. Name badges must also be shown when entering the sessions.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates will be distributed at the registration and information desks at the end of the congress. Participants who plan to leave the congress early should inform the staff at the registration and information desks in advance to ensure their certificates are prepared.

Invitation Letter

Participants who require an official invitation letter to obtain permission from their institutions will be provided one by the Congress Organizing Committee upon request. Please note that the invitation letter does not imply any financial support for registration or accommodation expenses.
